Booking Policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment time. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits will be forfeited for late cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit.

Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic tattoo services at BK Cosmetic Tattoos.
A valid government-issued ID may be required at the time of the appointment to verify age.

Touchup Policy
Cosmetic tattoo procedures require a perfecting touchup 6–10 weeks after the initial appointment for the best healed results.
Touchups are not included in the initial service price and must be booked separately.
Appointments scheduled within the recommended 6–10 week timeframe are charged at the standard touchup rate.
Touchups scheduled outside of the 6–10 week window will be considered a color boost and are subject to additional fees.

Color Boost Policy
Cosmetic tattoos fade gradually over time. Most clients return for a color boost every 12–36 months, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.
Color boost pricing applies only to existing clients of BK Cosmetic Tattoos.
Clients with previous work from another artist may require correction work or removal and must be evaluated before booking.

Previous Work Policy
Clients with previous cosmetic tattooing must submit clear photos prior to booking. Not all previous work can be covered or corrected.
In many cases, removal or lightening may be recommended before new work can be performed.

Cold Sore Policy
Clients receiving lip blush with a history of cold sores must take a prescribed antiviral medication prior to the appointment.
Failure to do so may result in a cold sore outbreak and poor healed results.

Results Disclaimer
Results vary from client to client based on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing. No specific results can be guaranteed. Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results.

Aftercare Responsibility
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare may impact results and may require additional paid sessions.

No Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Due to the nature of cosmetic tattooing, all sales are final.

Right to Refuse Service
BK Cosmetic Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, contraindications, or inappropriate behavior.
