Your Appointment Guide

Everything you need to know before, during, and after your Eyeliner appointment to ensure the best results.

To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment:

24 hours before

Avoid alcohol and caffeine (coffee, tea, energy drinks, soda)
Avoid blood thinners (Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Fish Oil, Vitamin E, etc.)

Avoid working out the day of your appointment

1 week before
No waxing, threading, or tinting
Avoid sun exposure or tanning

2–3 weeks before
No Botox
Avoid retinoids, acids, or active skincare (AHA/BHA, Vitamin C, etc.)

4 weeks before
No chemical peels, facials, or laser treatments

These precautions help minimize bleeding, improve pigment retention, and ensure optimal healing.

Before Your Appointment (Eyeliner)

Daily Care Routine
For the first 7–10 days
-Gently wash brows twice daily (morning & night)
-Use a gentle cleanser (like Cetaphil), clean fingertips, and lukewarm water
-Pat dry with a clean paper towel
-Apply a very thin layer of aftercare ointment
Oily skin: apply for 3 days
Normal/dry skin: apply for 5 days

Continue gentle cleansing until all flaking has finished.

Aftercare

Important Aftercare Guidelines
-Do not rub, pick, or scratch the area
-Avoid sweating, workouts, saunas, and hot showers
-Avoid getting brows overly wet (no pools, ocean, hot tubs)
-Avoid direct sun exposure (wear a hat if needed)
-Avoid makeup or skincare products on the brows
-Avoid sleeping on your face

For 2 weeks
No Botox, tinting, waxing, or lasers

For 4 weeks
No facials, chemical peels, or microdermabrasion

Once healed, apply SPF daily to protect your results and prevent fading.

Days 1–3
Brows will appear darker, bolder, and slightly swollen.
This is normal as pigment rises to the surface.

Days 4–7
Brows may become dry, itchy, and begin to flake.
They may look patchy or uneven — this is a normal part of healing.

Do not pick or scratch.

Days 8–14
Flaking should be complete.
Brows may appear lighter or faded — this is temporary.

Weeks 3–4
Color will begin to return and settle into a softer, more natural result.
Some unevenness is normal at this stage.

Weeks 6–8
Your touch-up appointment perfects shape, color, and retention.
Additional sessions may be needed depending on skin type.
